Maison Ponthier's second mango purée combines the Alphonso and Totapuri varieties. This blend allows Maison Ponthier to offer a broader spectrum of tastes and a lighter texture. This purée includes the peppery notes of the Totapuri variety with its slight touch of acidity. The mangoes selected come from India; they are reputed as being among the best in the world. Strict control of the Brix rate allows for harvesting when fully ripened
