From the hundreds of mango varieties, Maison PONTHIER selected the Alphonso variety for its unique organoleptic characteristics. Small in size, it is perfectly fragrant, fleshy and non-fibrous. This round and generous fruit is a perfect pairing for the tonic bitterness of the Vietnam kalamansi. More fragile than other citrus fruits, the fruit must be cut from the tree by hand.
