PONTHIER banana purée
Espresso
Milk and milk foam

Decoration: cocoa powder
Pour the PONTHIER banana purée in the bottom of the glass and then top with the espresso. Steam the milk to 65°C in a jug and pour it like a cappuccino. Sprinkle with cocoa powder, serve.
