PONTHIER coconut purée

Red chili chopped
Fresh lemongrass stick
Ice cubes, crushed ice

Decoration: fresh mango, fresh lemongrass, red chili
Shake all ingredients and double strain in a glass full of ice cubes, top with crushed ice. Decorate with a fresh mango quarter, a stick of fresh lemongrass and red chili.
