Decoration: Granny Smith green apple, large strawberry, sprig fresh mint
In a shaker three-quarters full of ice, pour in the vanilla syrup, PONTHIER lime puree and PONTHIER strawberry puree. Add 4cl vodka. Shake well and filter into a pretty cocktail glass. Decorate with petals of strawberry «stuck» to a rectangle of green apple on the rim of the glass. The strawberry petals stay in place thanks to the pectin in the fruit.
