Ponthier Pina Colada purée
Cuban or Puerto Rican white rum*

Place a few ice cubes in a food mixer bowl and add all ingredients. Mix for a few seconds, then serve.
*A tip from Joseph: try using golden rum with a stronger wood-infused flavour.
